When will I receive my order ?

Orders received by 3pm are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
You will be updated once your order has shipped with full tracking details.

Who will be responsible for International Duties and Taxes ?

Housewares plus is not responsible for any international duties/Customs or taxes. All Fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

What's your Return Policy ?

Returns (Online Only)

Thank you for shopping with Housewares Plus. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we are here to help.

Returns:
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. A full refund, minus the original shipping and handling charges, will be credited to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Please include the packing list that came with your order or a copy of your order confirmation to ensure prompt processing. Returns can also be made in-store with the invoice provided with your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are received undamaged. Please allow 30 days from the date you ship your package for the receipt and processing of your return.

Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please keep the product and packaging and contact our Consumer Care Center by clicking this link: [Contact Us].

In-Store Policy:
No refunds. Exchanges only within 15 days for unused products with your original receipt. Some exclusions apply. All sale items are final sale.
